The client

360Tire supplies tire products and services to large stations across Texas and Oklahoma from its base outside Dallas. As the company pursued growth, including outside capital, its financial reporting needed to catch up to the scale of the business.

Business context

Operating across two states with a growing customer base, 360Tire's owners were pursuing outside capital to fund expansion and needed financial reporting clean and current enough to support that raise.

Business challenge

360Tire was running on multiple disconnected accounting systems and was behind on monthly closings. Without clean, current financials, the owners were poorly positioned to pursue growth, including the outside capital they needed to fund what came next. Fragmented books and stale closings created real risk: a prospective investor evaluating the business would see inconsistent, delayed reporting rather than a clear picture of performance, jeopardizing the credibility of a capital raise the owners needed to fund expansion. Leadership needed one accurate system of record and a current close before they could confidently take the business to outside capital.

ChurchillTerry approach

ChurchillTerry consolidated 360Tire's multiple accounting systems into a single, accurate system of record and caught up months of overdue closings to bring reporting fully current. CT then delivered ongoing financial management and guidance to the owners and the in-house bookkeeper, meeting monthly to review results. With clean, accurate, and timely financials in place, CT supported the owners through a successful capital raise from an outside investor, and continued providing the financial guidance and reporting behind the launch of a new tire recycling revenue line — helping the business diversify beyond its core products and services.
